Privacy Policy

Luckey Logic LLC (“Luckey Logic,” “we,” “us”) collects only what it needs to talk with you and build your project. This policy covers luckeylogic.com: the public site, NOVA (our chat assistant), customer accounts and project workspaces, the beta program, and review packets. Our individual products (such as MCL Central and Paddle Portal) have their own privacy policies.

What we collect

  • Messages you send us. The contact form opens your own email app, so we get whatever you choose to send.
  • NOVA chats. What you type to NOVA is sent to our AI provider to write a reply. We count messages to keep usage fair, but we don’t keep the conversation itself, unless it turns into a project. Then we save it so you don’t have to repeat yourself when you create an account.
  • Your account. Your name, email address, and password. Your password is handled by our sign-in provider; we never see it.
  • Your projects. The requests you submit, your conversations with us and with NOVA, previews we share with you, the files you upload, and your answers to our questions (including any attachments).
  • People you add. If you invite someone to help on a project (or ask us to), we store their name and email address so we can send the invitation and show who is on the project.
  • Who’s here right now. While you have part of a project open, others on that project can see your name and which part you’re in (for example, “answering the questions”). This disappears shortly after you leave.
  • Beta testing and reviews. If you apply to test one of our apps or are asked to review documents, we keep your application, the email address you test with, and the feedback you send.

We don’t use advertising trackers or analytics, and we don’t follow you around other sites.

How we use it

To answer you, scope and build your project, send you emails about it (like “you have a reply” or “questions are ready”), and keep the site secure. We do not sell your information or share it with advertisers.

Who can see your project

You, the people you’ve added to the project, and Luckey Logic. When we build your app, the work sessions that build it can read the files you’ve uploaded and the notes we’ve chosen to share with them. They can’t see your account or your conversations with us. Nobody else can see your project.

Service providers

A few trusted vendors help us run the site. They use your data only to provide their service to us:

  • Google (Firebase). Hosting, sign-in, the database, and file storage. Google reCAPTCHA helps keep bots away from NOVA.
  • Anthropic. The AI behind NOVA, and the drafting tools we use to plan projects and word our questions to you.
  • Resend. Sends our notification emails.

How long we keep it

Your account and projects stay until you ask us to delete them. When we remove a project, it goes to a trash bin and is permanently deleted after 30 days, along with its files, messages, and answers. Invitations expire after 14 days. Saved NOVA chats are kept only to start your project and are deleted when you ask.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it. You can remove your own uploaded files until we’ve started using them in your build. After that, ask us and we’ll sort it out together. Email miguel.brown@luckeylogic.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
