Service Rates

Effective: June 2026

Most of what Luckey Logic does is build complete software, and that work is quoted by scope — not by the hour — so you know the investment up front. The rates below are for support, consulting, and smaller tasks that aren’t a full project. Either way, we agree on terms before any work starts.

Project builds

Custom apps, websites, and systems are priced per project, based on scope and complexity — typically a fixed price with a deposit and milestones. Tell us what you’re trying to do and we’ll put together a quote. The best way to start is right on the dashboard or through NOVA on the home page.

Hourly — support & consulting

• Remote / consulting: $150 per hour (½-hour minimum, $75).
• On-site: $185 per hour, plus travel.
• Travel: $25 within ~30 minutes of Luckey, Ohio; beyond that, an additional $25 per hour of travel.

Good to know

• Outside costs (software licenses, hardware, third-party services) are billed separately, at cost.
• Payment terms and timelines are agreed in writing before work begins.
• Rates may vary with the complexity of the work and specific requirements, and are subject to change.
